We have been to Paris many times and Le Belleval is by far my favorite property that we have stayed at. We were traveling with our 10 year old son and it was quite a challenge trying to find a hotel with enough space for all 3 of us. We booked a Junior Suite at the hotel and it was the size of a small apartment. Perhaps the best feature of the room was the huge walk in closet so we had room to store our two large suitcases and hang our clothes. We actually stayed in two different room categories, we stayed one night in a balcony room which was a nice size too but not near as spacious as the Junior Suite was. We did a one night stay before our trip to Normandy and then spent the entire next week back at Le Belleval. The location was perfect for our trip to and from Normandy, it is an under 5 minute walk to the train station. It's also convenient to multiple metro and bus lines. I only have one complaint about this hotel and it's the hairdryer. I have dried my hair thousands of times in my life and the hair dryer in this hotel was by far the worst I've ever used, you have to squeeze it the entire time for it to be on. Clearly this hair dryer was designed by someone who has never actually had to use one so if you stay here bring your own. Other than that our stay was completely perfect and we plan to stay here again on our next trip.

3 days before our stay we received an email that they were renovating their lobby. The day we checked in, we were not well greeted. We took ourselves and our luggage up to our room. Our room as a deluxe queen. It was very nice with a large bathroom and windows facing into the inner courtyard. The bathrobes are so over laundered that they look shredded as do the bath towels. No staff interaction at all. They see you they ignore you. The elevator is very very small. And the painters are painting very tight hallways, you’re lucky to escape no paint on your clothes. Housekeeping doesn’t get to the 3rd floor until after 4pm. When the front desk was called they make no apologies, just that housekeeping will come. I would never stay here again.

Room was clean & tidy. Love the hotel decor. They are going thru some upgrades to prep for June’s Olympics. Security wise is gd. Need to use access card for lift access to room level. Free coffee every morning in the restaurant. Location is gd. Walking distance to saint lazare stn, galaries lafayette, printemps area. Nearby there is a carrefour as well. Will definitely stay again when we visit Paris

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. We stayed here for a long weekend and would happily return. Our travel was delayed and we were close to midnight checking in but there were no issues. Our room was generous and the decor/fit was excellent. Everything was immaculately clean and the shower was great after a long day exploring the city. Well located for a number of different Metro/RER lines and only 30 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was great and good value. The lady hosting breakfast was so friendly and welcoming each morning it was an uplifting start to the day. Would happily stay again.

Fast check in, but reception is very small and limited so I can imagine waiting time may be long if you come in a busy time. This a "boutique" hotel, at affordable price near to Saint-Lazare station giving connection to different areas in Paris. You are also about 25 to 40 minuets walking to the Tour Eiffel, Louvre and Montmartre. The room (305) was has a comfortable size, although no closets, no working desk and internet was a bit weak a times. All very clean and bed and linen were comfortable. Safe and minibar with stocked with complimentary water. The bathroom was spacious, but pressure on the shower was weak. No amenities. All very clean. The gym is not really taking care of, have big potential but all machines and weights are very old. The sauna is good, just remember to ask 30 minutes before in reception so they turn it on for you. Breakfast was good and people attentive and giving nice service. You have coffee machine but can also ask the barista, at no extra cost. Nice to have an early breakfast by the window seeing people starting their day walking the rue de la Pepiniere. All in all a good hotel, with small weak points to work on, that can really make a big improvement for the guests.
